We reply to every request within one business day (Sun–Thu, 09:00–18:00 GST). If you book a slot, we confirm the appointment by email within a few hours.

Is the intro call really free?

Yes. The first 30-minute call is free with no obligation. We use it to understand your project, share initial ideas and decide together whether it makes sense to go further.

What time zones do you cover?

Our team spans Paris (CET), Dubai (GST) and Beirut (EET) — giving us live coverage from roughly 08:00 CET to 19:00 GST. We also work asynchronously with clients in the Americas and APAC, and schedule overlap calls when a project needs them.

Which languages can we work in?

Accepted Answer

English, French and Arabic natively — for calls, workshops, written deliverables and campaign copy. Additional languages are available on request through our partner network.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before the first call if your project is sensitive. Just mention it in the booking notes.
